I ordered kitchen and laundry cabinets from CBMmart. My consultant, Jenny Zhuang, was very helpful in reviewing my design proposal, fixing it for anything I missed. They provided very fast communication through email, apps and messaging. We communicated very frequently, sorting every detail of the order before it was built. I received the cabinets reasonably quickly and have installed my new fabulous kitchen. I chose to assemble the kitchen from flat packs myself, and the labelling on all parts made the installation very easy. I would recommend getting the cabinets pre-assembled, which I will chose on any future orders, just to make the installation faster. Friends and family have reviewed the kitchen and have been overwhelmingly impressed with it. I also ordered stone bench tops, which are perfect. All items arrived free from damage. The cost was very reasonable, especially for the high quality of the products.

Quality problem -- door frame materials arrived scratched up and bent, the metal border around the door was not installed well and had gaps, so the quality control is lacking. The door installation instructions were difficult to understand, the door movement is very heavy. The door wood finish color is different between the top and bottom of the door on 1 side. The service rep we dealt with was good, at least she replied to messages. But the product quality control is bad. They did not reply on how to fix the wood color problem. If they improve their response to help fix the problem, we will consider to update this review and reconsider future business.
